Welcome to **Nails Envie** (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website https://nailsenvie.com and the mobile nail services we provide in the Las Vegas Valley (and surrounding areas).

**1. Acceptance of Terms**
By accessing our website or booking any service with Nails Envie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or book our services.

**2. Our Services**
Nails Envie is a mobile, eco-friendly nail salon. We travel to your location (home, office, hotel, event, etc.) to provide luxury gel manicures, pedicures, spa manicures, spa pedicures, and other non-toxic, organic nail care services using natural and organic products with aromatherapy.
All technicians are licensed, insured, and trained in green beauty practices.

**3. Booking and Appointments**
– Bookings are made by phone, text, or through our Instagram link.
– We require a deposit or full prepayment via Square for all appointments.
– Arrival time is approximate due to travel and traffic. We will notify you of any significant delays.

**4. Cancellations & No-Shows**
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund of the deposit.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be charged 50%–100% of the service price.
– Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

**5. Payments and Pricing**
All prices are listed on our website or provided at the time of booking. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other Square payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

**6. Health and Safety Disclaimer**
While we use non-toxic, organic products, nail services involve chemicals and tools. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, or sensitivities before your appointment. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects if you fail to disclose relevant information. Our services are for cosmetic purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

**7. Intellectual Property**
All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of Nails Envie and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

**8. Limitation of Liability**
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nails Envie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
